Bad silkie rooster

I have a silkie rooster that is just... I don't even know how to describe him. Stupid? He's HORIBLE at mating and mean. When he mates he falls off the hen and continues trying to mate and pulls out feathers. I can't cull him cus I raised him and am to attached to do it and who would want that kind of rooster? What should I do?

He just turned 6 months old

At that age he'll only just be learning how to mount hens; so as long as he isn't actually injuring them I would be inclined to just let him grow up a bit more.
You could also try separating him if it's to much for the hens, and reintroduce him when he's a bit older.

My silkie cockerels we're demons. When he becomes a rooster, I am sure he will be fantastic, right now he's a messy fluff ball of raging hormones.
