Yes, keeping her inside and those wounds clean is def gonna help until monday!! Having her outside right now, at least here in East TN, the weather is perfect for maggots
Even in the house if you get a stray fly you can still end up with problems but if you are cleaning her daily then you shouldn't. Keep us posted and keep up the good work !!!
