bald and wet ducklings

one of my ducklings looks like it’s lost feathers and wet. they seem to be acting fine but i’m scared. does anyone know what’s wrong with them? or what i can do to fix the problem?

they’re about 2-3 weeks, i’m not sure what it was but we just let them swim and it came off.
