She could be at the bottom of the pecking order and getting picked/pecked on. I agree with Kittymomma, roosting space could be an issue as well.

Good advice everyone.
It's still a mystery, but I will sneak and watch them at night. They have about a 8 feet of roosting space for 7 hens.
I can add more if need be.
