Bald belly and neck with a soft lump below vent?

Daisey is bald on the neck and her whole belly area and we noticed a soft lump below her vent, belly area however the vet said this was just a weak abdonman and I she hasn't been bald we wouldn't of noticed. She is eating laying and very active she isn't getting bullied and iv checked her for mites etc and we dust them frequently. Does anyone know why she's bald aswel as the lump? Thanks

This is the lump it's soft and moveable. She doesn't walk any different and you really only notice it when she's bent over. Thanks
