Kind a hard to see but to me it just looks like she's getting her new feathers in.

Yes when I'm at my boyfriend's house. I'm with him now.

It does look like the new feathers are just coming in but not filled out yet. That is their typical growth pattern. The pictures are still too blurry to see much more then that.
Keep an eye on it, but my gut says it’s just not filled in with the new feathers yet.
