Bald belly

I have a sixlink chicken that is 2.5 years old. She has no feathers on her belly or vent. She does eat but is kind of listless. She does not have any fleas or other pests. She’s not broody at all. This has been going on for about one month. Any help would be appreciated.

There was an episode of Dr Pol that identified this as a rough surface on their roosts pulling feathers out. If you find that to be the case then he suggested adding a strip of carpet to the roosts to make it softer.
