bald bottomed chicks - pics!

the only thing i can think of is what one of my hens does to my roos every time that the roo makes me fertil eggs she picks there botom just once the feather are short but not balled. proboly just late fethering
 
Update.

All the chicks are now 5 weeks old. 10 are still sparsely fluffed with only the barest wing and shoulder feathers. Ultra slow feathering! But the bare bottom is also on one that's fully feathered so they seem to be unrelated (slow feathering and bare bottom).

I spoke to the breeder and yes, he has seen this before in his line... So it looks like mostly genes.

I think... Poor things... I don't want to breed from any of them. Might be give-aways as pets after they feather up!

Please post more photos. I'd like to see more of the little baldy-butts! Anything unusual is always interesting.
