Bald chicken - awful molt or something else?

Currently, my flock is in molt. Everyone is doing fine, if a bit raggedy, except for my 18-month-old barnyard mix, Lady P. She's eating and drinking, dust bathing regularly, and poop looks fine. Have checked for pests, and she's all good. (Coop and birds are treated regularly.) She's laying a bit less frequently, but other than that there's no obvious health concerns. She's just BALD. There is absolutely NO FEATHER GROWTH.

Some quick pics I nabbed of her. You can see other birds are in molt (my poor roo looks very undignified rn). I would be surprised if it was bullying, as she's pretty high up the pecking order. Have tried no-pick spray, with no improvement.

I have the means to bring her inside or take her to an avian vet if need be, just want to see if I'm missing something obvious. (Plus avian vet is like 2 hrs round trip so I'd like to avoid the stress of that if possible)

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Do you think if I pulled her inside for like 2 weeks I could get some regrowth?
The problem with that is that she would then have to reintegrate into the flock. If you could determine which bird/birds are doing the feather pecking (generally those in perfect feather), Pin Less Peepers can stop and frequently break the bad habit.
