Bald Chicks ?

Hi please help. My chicks are just one week old and a few of them are going bald in the butt, one of them is getting really bald under the neck , should I be worried ?

Nope, just their big bird feathers growing in, baby feathers fall out, big feathers come in.

Oh thank you, I observed it some days ago but it just occurred to me that it might be a problem, I was so scared...

They’re probably losing their down and are going to grow in feathers.

But post a pic so we can make sure that it’s not parasites or anything else...

Maybe just post a picture so we can make sure what you're experiencing is the usual feather growth and not a problem.

What are you using in its home for bedding?

That actually looks like wet feathers from sitting in wetness.

I'm using paper , I tried wood shavings but they tried eating them
