BALD headed chickie

Just getting though a bad winter here in Boston. My Egyptian Fayoumis has developed a bald head. Its getting worse. She is too young to be molting and I have no rooster. All my other 10 chickens are fine and all seem healthy. Please help. I love that little girl and do not know what can be wrong. They are well fed and clean.

one of mine has bald spot red inflamed. I have no idea.putting neosporin on it no one else has it either. And we also had a bad winter. would love to hear a answer.:-(
