Bald patch/Lethargic

My blue Ameraucana seemed to have developed a bald patch near her eye overnight. She's also seems to be a bit lethargic. She stayed in the pen to sleep while all the other girls went out to forage. Poops seem to be normal. Any ideas?

It looks like they eye is swollen.
Any signs of sneezing, coughing, wheezing, any discharge from the eye or nose?

It could be a respiratory illness like mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or infectious bronchitis.

I would separate her from the others so you can monitor her symptoms.
You can apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes.

I'm not seeing any lesions, scabs on the face or comb that you normally see with fowl pox.
Looks more respiratory to me.
