Bald Sizzle

I have a bald sizzle that my bantam cochin roos liked a little too much. She has no feathers on her back and lots of broken feathers. I brought her inside in a dog crate with a heat lamp and have been feeding her extra protein. I plan on giving away the roos and I have a friend making sweaters for her and another bantam ee that is a bit picked on by the boys. Should I wait until Sizzles feathers grow back in more before putting a sweater on her when I put her back out when the roosters are gone? Is there anything else I should be doing for her? Before roosters and after roosters!

Wow! They must really love her! No need to wait to put the sweater on. It will protect her skin while they grow back.

She's been in the house for almost a week and looking better. I just brought in the two other bantam girls. They are not as bad as her but I think now that sizzle isn't there they my pick on the other two more. Time for the roos to go!
