Bald spot and scab, Help

Advice would be greatly appreciated! My 5 month old Blue Andalusion hen was out today and i noticed that she has two scabbed up bald spots on either side of her vent. Has anyone seen this before? She is the only one of my 7 hens displaying this. Thank you!

I would start by checking closely for lice / mites. Treatment is 5% Sevin garden dust.

If she is lowest in the pecking order, the others may be doing this. If so, identify the ringleader bully and remove her for a week.

I think she might be the lowest on the pecking order. I treated them all with the dust just in case and sprayed some sovereign silver on her. I just feel so bad. Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it,
