Bald spot on hen's head?

I just saw one of my cuckoo marans head had a little bald spot, just looked like missing feathers nothing red. I don't have any roos that I know of, no crowing & no saddle feather but my SLW's have quite the crown & woddles. They are all around the 20-24wk mark. 3 out of 13 hens have started laying. Is it normal pecking order? Has me a little concerned.

Most likely it's a pecking order issue. Hopefully you have plenty of room for them inside their house. I would just occasionally monitor your cuckoo maran for any changes with the bald spot.
