Bald spot on roo?

So one of my OEG roos has a bald spot on his head. He's had it for WEEKS now, and instead of new feathers coming in, it seems like its getting bigger with him....anyone seen anything like this?

yea on my hens my roo grabs their feathers when he mates them

ya it look likes other chickens have been gettin' to him, put some no-peck lotion on the area it should take care of it
