Bald spot

4 month old chicken bald spot area looks like wet feathers. Don't see any visual signs of bugs. Any ideas? Behavior appears normal.

Not sure what's going on there - I see some irritation(?) - can you tell if that's bites or from scratching?
What do you feed?
