bald spot

I purchased a 8 month old Barred Rock hen today now that were home I noticed a bald spot on her back not to big but is it from the rooster at her old farm? The rest of her is perfect layed back plump hen

Keep an eye on the spot, but I bet it's just a place that's been pecked at, either by her or another chicken. If the skin's not broken, it should be ok & the feathers will grow back eventually.

the skin is not broken it just looks dry.
