Hello!
I only just started my account so if this is the incorrect place to ask questions, forgive me.

One of my bantam hens has a bald spot on the top of her head near the comb. I checked and could not see any parasites. It looks as though the feathers have been plucked from the top of her head. She is in with a rooster, If that has anything to do with it. I have never seen any of my chooks peck each other, but I guess that does not mean it doesn't happen, right?

I would suspect the roo!

Behind the comb is where the rooster grabs for balance while mating. It's not uncommon for a mated hen to have a small bare spot there.
