Sounds like theyre pecking eachother. I went through this with marans. They were eating my other chicks, right about this age.

They start really losing their fluff and getting new feathers in at this age, and some times someone decides they want to peck at everyone, and before you know it you've got raw spots and more chicks decide to peck.

Blue coat them, and watch them closely, you'll soon discover who's being the terd.

If it were just bald spots and not raw i'd say its just the new feathering coming in on their backs, but the raw says pecking to me.

some pics would help determine what it is but it sounds like the are getting picked on. is there one that is more agressive then the others? if so you should seperate them until there feathers grow back if ther is a break in the skin put soom neosporin on it
but again pics would help
