Bald spots on hens

Hi there! I have two hens who have bald spots behind their head. It’s from my rooster holding on to them when he mounts them. Then I have a third hen who does not have a bald spot on her head but instead has a bald spot on each side of her near her wing. This looks like the area where my rooster mounts based on the placement of it. I spray them with vetericyn and then put a layer of hen healer. The pictures are the two products I use. The two lighter hens are the ones with the bald spots on their heads the dark hen is the one with the bald spots on her sides. Any tips or recommendations on what else I can be using to speed of the growth of new feathers for them? Thanks in advance!

Worn and torn feathers will be replaced once they molt.

It really depends on age, but most molt in late summer/early fall.
