I syringed her her own dose and have a little in the water to keep the flock from getting it. Her crop is empty in the morning but I’m worried she’s not eating enough throughout the day. Any suggestions on how to get her some extra nutrients? She picks around when they freerange but doesn’t seem interested in feed. I can’t let them free range all day though because I leave for work in the afternoon.

Does is seem like she's not interested in eating or are the others keeping her from the feeder?

I usually set up at least 2 feed stations (sometimes more!) to help keep things a bit more peaceful and no one is left out.

You can try enticing her with bits of egg. If you have an abundance of eggs, just scramble some up and give the whole flock a nice treat. Or if you wish, just pull her aside for a few minutes and offer the egg.
