**Banana Peppers**Help!** Need Recipe**

I need a recipe for banana peppers. Do you pickle them or can them? I don't have a pressure cooker , so that is not an option. We like the ones you get on sandwiches in some deli's. How do they do that? Can anyone help?

yes you can pickle banana pepper without a pressure cooker just a hot bath. Use the same recipe as pickles. Process like you would pickles in a hot water bath. You will need a LARGE pot, canning pot. I have a pressure cooker and I don't use that for pickles.

You can also use a refrigerator pickle recipe. Just keep them in a big crock.
