Banded Water snake or Moccasin?

Hey all! Was out walking around near the bird pens & saw this lil dude eating some frogs. I just want an ID for him.

Please no comments telling me to kill it. Thanks!

Does look like a water moccasin.. No,,,,, I will not suggest you to kill. it,, But will suggest you be careful around them.
All living things have their place in nature.
Snakes only attack when cornered, or surprised. They will escape whenever possible.

Just wanted to update & say everyone was correct! It was a Banded Water snake. I also got some more information from a few snake people and finally handled another one that came in the yard.

Super chill and sweet. No bites, not even a musk! He hung out with me for about 10 minutes and then I took him down to the lake. Super cool snake!
