Bantam and Silkie Bantam

We have an adult bantam rooster and are going to look at adult bantam silkie hens tonight for him. Are the silkie's going to be bigger than him and if so should I get them. The gentleman said they are bantams, he's such a little guy. Also the hens were raised together, there are 3 but I'm afraid they will gang up on him. Should I only get two? Maybe by bringing them into his space he'll have the advantage? Chickens are really complicated, hahaha.
