Bantam Assortment Special from Ideal on the way!

@brideofchaos WOW so envious! I've only started building Fort-Knox like buildings to keep chickens, so don't have room for that many yet... but that is SO COOL that you have that many, and rare breeds to boot!

I'm looking to get Faverolles, and right now I'm trying to hook up with a breeder in TX. But... uhhh... isn't Greenfire in TX? Oh dear...

@brideofchaos Privet used to have Faverolles but I don't think they do anymore. I remember checking it out and even calling them because I was hoping I could actually DRIVE there and pick up chicks... But they don't allow that. At that time they had Faverolles. But you are right, I should check them, because I'm also interested in Barnevelders and maybe they have those. And yes, I am in NM.

And if you have any Barnevelders in your new chicks and want to sell them... ***laughing*** I am a PM away!

Banties are awesome! Still trying to figure out what a few are but mainly cochins, oegb, and a d'uccle. One oddball red chick. The serama... Only had two hatch. They were very fertile eggs but shipped eggs are always a crap shoot. The silkies are due to hatch in a few days and we lost a lot of those too, sadly. But we got another Greenfire Farms shipment yesterday and they were very generous, as always. We even got two Queen Silvias!
