No, if you can get a clear picture of its comb you can tell this age. Most hatchery Easter eggers have beards and this one does not, so I don't think it's an EE.

That's a single comb, and it's a OEGB

d'Uccle have beards and pea combs, Cochin do not.

So this one is probably cochin, I think? No beard and I believe single comb.

Apologies, d'Uccle do have single combs. I confused myself with another breed on another thread for a second.

And that chick looks bearded to me. He's got some extra puff around his face.

You can tell comb type right from hatch, but it's often difficult to photograph right when it's teeny. If it's a pea comb, the comb area will be flat with with no obvious points. Single comb will have the little points already.
