Does anyone know??
I've got 2 of dark Brams and 2 buff.Question is as always are they boys or girls or 1 of each? One of the darks is lighter on the neck and chest than the other.They have a hen pattern but are only 2mo. I'm thinking the darks are girls and the buffs are boys but, the one dark has me wondering. Also wonder if McMurray sent me the dark I ordered or light,our order was a bit different than what we ordered.

Substitutes were'nt on the invoice or on file there but there was some. Thanks for the help.

I might be wroung but I think that the 2 Darks are pullets and the 2 Buffs are young roosters.

IMO, from what I can see of the dark you have 2 pullets. The 1st buff pic looks to be a roo, and the second buff looks like a pullet.

Another question now would be, has anyone mixed buff with darks and what might you get?

I have a dark rooster and light, dark and buff hens. I haven't hatched any out, but another BYCer did from my eggs. She said the results were really beautiful chicks.
ETA: The buff roos are too handsome for words. Do a search for a buff brahma roo named rudy owned by Brahmamama. He's a looker!
