Bantam breed?

This bantam is 4 weeks old, but is slow feathering. I honestly don't know what she is, though. Any help? I've searched forever trying to find an answer!!

I know it's not a sepckled Sussex because i have one around that age that doesn't look like that but I'm not sure what it is!:/
