Bantam Breeds/Pullets or Roos?? *pics*

If #1 is a sebright pullet, then is this one a sebright cockerel? Is there a way of telling with sebrights by the way their feathering comes in? They look completely different especially in the neck. They are the exact same age.

the only thing ive ever heard about seabright feathering is that the thicker the black bands around around the edge of the feather, the more purely bred they are., also my sebright who i believe to be a cockrel, has plenty of gold all up along his neck, so im guessing thats just genetic patterning. however im pretty new to this so if any one would like to contradict me, i will be more than happy to become educated.


also from looking at pics around the internet, i notice that roos have big flapping waddles, while hens have very tight small ones... but those probably wont show up for a good while
