So what can I expect from my little fluffies? I brought a few eggs back from a visit to my aunt*s place in Michigan just to try hatching some of her babies. They all hatched out with feathered feet and the cutest little tusshies. A week on one of them is getting very dark brown, almost spotted wing feathers so I*m wondering if one of the two other hens (a Barred Rock and a misc. black hen) might be the momma.
Anyhow, does anyone know what they might look like as they grow? Or if the girls will keep the ISA Brown egg laying prowess of their mothers?
