~*~ Bantam Chicken Contest ~*~

oh, this will be hard to judge. good pics everyone!!! =)

Name: Tarzan
Breed: Red Jungle Fowl
Gender: Rooster
Age: ~6 months
Comments: Tarzan treats his girls well and is quite calm, though not exactly a cuddly roo. I love listening to his crowing in the morning and watching him and his girls peck around their pen.

Very pretty! he acts a lot like my roo. so good to the girls, yet not to me!

I love my roo, he's so pretty, and I'm glad that he wasn't dubbed. I have other bantams but no good pictures of them. And they're just month-old babies, so I can't tell genders yet.

he is very pretty! it is hard to tell when they are that young! my roo (formerly Henrietta) didnt show signs that he was a he until 3 months! he was a late bloomer.

A couple of my young ones seem like they might be males; I've got a couple with combs that are getting darker than the others, and with more distinctive peas on their combs. But I'm not going to claim it as a sure thing until they're six-eight weeks and I can post up some pictures here for some help. Haha.

ya, well, looks can be decieving. Our Henry was Henrietta right up until 3 months of age!
