Looking back at your first pic and now mine I just posted, I am pretty sure its the Quail Antwerp Belgian Bantam.. got the black beak and the yellow going back into the rest of the black of the body like a receding hair line lol
It doesn't have the really light light areas like my golden sebright does and my golden sebright has a yellow beak.

Yes the single picture was two days ago it's a bantam prolly two weeks old right now maybe a couple days over that.
