Bantam cochin? color?

this hatched from an egg that was given to me. it was a small white egg. the same size and my bantam cochins eggs. this hatched out. also what color is it. Feathered legs and feet. feathered to the outter part of the middle toe. single comb. it has spraddle legs

Yes, but some people refer to mille fleur d'uccle is just "mille fleur". I think that's what they meant. In any case, yours has no beard no beard, so is probably not a pure mille fleur d'uccle.
