I have a cockerel and a pullet BC and they have been mating for at least two months. I got a broody hen so I put 6 eggs under her 21 days ago. The problem is it doesn't look like they are going to hatch. So my question is how long or what age do they mature am I missing something

Could be one or both birds have too much butt fluff for the cloacal kiss to be successful.

Checking yolks for the blastodisc status when you break eggs to eat is a good way to know if your cock/erels are hitting their target before setting eggs to hatch.

They look fertile too me unless I'm imagining things

They do<shrugs>kinda....hard line bullseye would have me more convinced.
But ya just never know why a fertilized egg does not develop.

Yeah pretty disappointed because all six BC eggs are blanks. But on the bright side I have these 3 and hopefully the other two will hatch

Maybe they are fertile now, but they weren't 3 weeks ago? Bummer. :(

You could try giving her more, but she may abandon them before they are finished, having been sitting so long. That's why its a good idea to check fertility under a broody much sooner.
