Bantam Cochin/Frizzle chick having difficulty walking???

I have a Bantam Cochin/Frizzle chick that hatched out early this morning having difficulty walking. I have seen splayed legs before but this looks different. It sits back on its butt, legs forward toward head, one foot on each side of head and paddles its feet up and down but goes no where. I thought it may still be splayed legs, so I made hobbles and also gave it a few drops of liquid baby MVI. It seems a little stronger now and is trying to stand up and is getting around a little better.

Any other suggestions? Any ideas of what may be wrong?

I had one hatch like that earlier this year. I left it in the 'bator with a buddy & it was doing fine, up walking around by the 2nd day. It ate, drank, and pooped, but never gained any weight. Died on the 5th day. I think there was an internal issue.
It was a frizzle also.

Chick is doing great today. By last evening she was walking around without any problem. She has been eating and drinking the whole time. She is really small, so I think she was just a little weak. Took the hobbles of, didn't need them. Hopefully she will continue to do okay.
