Bantam Cochin- Frizzle or maybe frazzle?

I’m starting to think maybe this guy is frazzle rather than frizzle. His wing feathers are so thin and he has bald spots over his wings. He’s just over 7 weeks old (a little younger in the photos). Are his feathers just coming in slow and he’s frizzled or could he possibly be frazzled?

I went to get a closer look to just double check and now I’m thinking for sure frazzle :/ Most of his back is bald and his wing feathers are like sticks.

some male cochin chicks go bald before they sprout more feathers

yeah... my neighbors have frizzle cochins, but they do not have really any missing feathers.
