Bantam cochin gender?

My little Cochins were purchased from cackle a little over three weeks ago. I heard this has been a bad year for straight run. Hoping someone experienced can tell from their combs. Fingers crossed.

It is too young to tell their gender for sure. However, at least going by current comb development, I think #1 and #2 are possible cockerels.

Yes that's exactly what I was thinking. I'm worried about #5 though. He/she crowed this morning

Well, if #5 crowed, then he is definitely a cockerel.

Someone told me to not worry about it if they were under 3 months. Apparently hens can crow too. But that could just be a myth.

To me, only #1 and #2 are looking like cockerels. If #5 crowed, its a cockerel, but I wouldn't have though so without the crowing confirmation.
