Bantam Cochin?

Are these bantam cochin chicks? And roosters or not? They are 4 weeks old

I'm not good with breed identification, but that's a lot of comb development and redness for four weeks old. I can't see the leftmost one very well, but I'm pretty sure the right two are cockerels. (Males need to be one year old to be called roosters.)

If those photos are of Leftmost Chick, I agree that she looks like pullet.
