bantam cochins and chabos - do they fly/flap high?

what height fence do i need for chabos/cochin bantams? i have mine in small penned enclosures at the moment but they are getting a bit cramped so i'd like to build them something bigger.......so what height can they fly up to?

Even with a running start, mine never get over 3 feet off the ground

I would still put netting over them, there's always a hawk looking for an easy meal!
