Ehhh... upon another look at the pictures... it could be a week colored Blue Brassy Back OEGB

Not sure which one...

Looks like a self blue OEGB crossed with... maybe a porcelain, or something similar. That is definitely not full porcelain though, because only its hackle and saddle feathers are straw colored. Porcelains have straw colored feathers, with blue rings around white tips.
