Bantam feathers what is wrong???? Are they getting plucked

Ok there is no blood no scabs it almost looks like there are feathers trying to come in. I have 20 chicks 4 of them have this 3 cochins and my OEGB they are 2 1/2 months old. Are thy getting plucked??? Please help My mother inlaw said there pin feathers are coming in?? anyone hear of that before I havent I have notice as they are getting older they are filling in a little no much though

I've seen this when chickens are over crowded in to small a pen. Also some over zealous roo's pluck a hen's back during mating.

Thats what I thought but they have had this since they were a month old. I know that my roos havent figured out the deed yet

I have checked for mites and put neosporin on them its just to weird. They have lots of room also. Maybe they havent got there feathers in yet????
