Ok, I've heard many different things from a lot of people about bantam eggs. I was wondering if any of my bantam chicks are hens, are they good layers & about how big are the eggs? Someone told me the bantam eggs are about the size of a robin egg & they're not good for eating. If anyone has any bantam hens that could give me a little insight, I'd appreciate it!

It depends on the bantam. Most bantams are not as good of layers as standards are. But they are usually more broody. Their egg sizes can vary from the size of a golf ball to the size of a robin's egg.
