bantam or large fowl

I have 5 hens that are mixed Americana and New Hampshire red, or so I hope. When I bought / traded for them there were some bantams running around but the older man swore the ones he sold me were large breed they are now 6-7 weeks old. My question is how can i tell if they are large breed or bantam?

So does everyone think these are full size birds or will be anyway? Even the little reddish one? Should I try to post better pics?
