Bantam or standard cochin?

The black guy in the background. He is so cute ! I want to get him some ladies but want to confirm standard or bantam first. He looks about the size of a volleyball puffed up. But he is so small when I hold him.

Good quality bantam. I agree, standard Cochins are considered giants
