I just picked these two up, I found for free to good home in the paper. Only thing is I
now have a rooster, which is alright we live in the country. So they were advertised as Banty's, and the lady said she thought maybe Cochin or Silky. I am not sure either way and still a little new to chickens. But they do great at keeping grasshoppers at bay. Anyways any help identifying the newest additions to my flock would be greatly appreciated.

I also forgot to mention they were born this spring, he is crowing but she hasn't started to lay yet. Not sure if that helps?

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
