Oh my goodness Alexandra33, I think you might be right! Not a mixed breed or poorly bred Polish at all but something extra special! She totally fits the profile on Feathersite. I'm so excited to find this out, haha! I have an "aviary" that I keep my pigeons, doves and special bantams in...she's definitely going in when she leaves the brooder

I've seen two others with the exact same crested bird....single combs, pink legs. I believe it's something called a Pyncheon bantam. One or more hatcheries sell them. Feel free to look it up!

If so, that's going to be one stunning little bird! Considering there have been a couple of BYCers with chicks (from assorted bantam bins) identical to yours within the last few weeks, I find it unlikely they're all mixes. So cute!!!
Sounds like there's a very nice life ahead of this munchkin!
