Bantam questions - which cockerel(s) should I keep?

So out of my order of 15 SR bantams, I have 4 pullets: a black bantam EE, 2 Mille Fleur D'uccles, and a spangled OEGB. I really want the small eggs for snacking, and I'm guessing the EE's will be more of a medium size. I was going to look for more bantam hens, but I'm thinking about just seeing what I get from these 4 and then possibly raising some more next year.

For cockerels who haven't already done something to guarantee them a trip to freezer camp, I have a Mille Fleur D'uccle and several OEGB - barred, black-tailed buff, blue, black-breasted red, and self blue. Will any of those crossed with the spangled or Mille Fleur hens produce particularly interesting progeny (or anything predictable)? Would crossing one of the smaller boys with the bantam EE give me a shot at somewhat smaller colored eggs? Does anyone need a cockerel??? :D

Thanks!

I would choose between the d'Uccle or barred, with the barred being my first choice just because I like OEGBs more lol. You won't get any spots in your first gen with the barred but after crossing back you should start to get some interesting patterns.

PS I skin my bantams then cook them in a stock pot until all the meat falls off. It gives you lots of meat for soups, enchiladas, or whatever else you might want to make with shredded chicken!

Thanks! And those two, plus the black-tailed buff, are the nicest so far. None of them are bad, but the others are just a bit "more" at this point lol. (Of course, the barred boy is also quite a bit smaller and slower-developing, so maybe he'll be obnoxious eventually!)
