Bantam Questions

We may be getting a bantam soon and I have some questions about them. What kinds of bantams lay the most eggs and are relatively docile, and what do they look like? I know that bantams don't lay as much as standard chickens, but it would be nice to get a few eggs from it. Also, how do you integrate a bantam into a mostly standard flock? We have six chickens, one RSL, two Amberlinks, one Dom/BR cross, one EE cross and a hatchery Australorp. The Dom/BR cross is about one third smaller than the other hens (probably due to stress from having her toes chewed off when she was pretty young). Thanks so much for your help!

Introducing bantams into an established flock of large fowl can be difficult. New birds and especially smaller birds are targets for the aggression of an established flock.
