Bantam RIR or Bantam Buckeye?!!

This is my beautiful Roo(I think) and ppl keep telling me he's a RIR but I really think he's a Bantam Buckeye. What's y'alls take in Baby Girl. Yes I know he's a boy. However that was his name all his life when we thought he was a pullet. So I'm not going to confuse him by changing his name.
